Website and Blog Options

There are a million and one reasons to have a website or blog, and probably just as many excuses not to. I figured I’d take a few of those excuses out of the equation (namely, ‘it’s too expensive’ and ‘it’s too confusing’). There’s just no reason not to have your own site these days…so let me help.


Some of you out there are thinking to yourselves, “If only I could do it myself, then I wouldn’t have to spend one red cent on a website?” Well, if you’re the adventurous type, by all means give it a go. In fact, I made a very thorough, step by step tutorial to help you do just that. Here it is.	This is a super inexpensive way to get a WordPress blog (the industry standard and, really, the best of the best) up and running quickly, yet still have an extremely functional, easy to use site. Well suited to writing of any kind.	A slightly ‘beefier’ option, this site comes with full blogging capability, yet provides the ability to act and look like a more traditional static site. The six additional pages can be used for contact forms, to tell your story (About), to add a picture gallery…whatever you like, really. And you also get some nice behind the scenes benefits as well.
